As we continue to grow, we are seeking an inventive and results-driven Marketing Manager who will own the firms marketing department and drive measurable growth. Role Overview The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and ROI of all marketing initiatives. This position will lead the internal marketing team, manage external agency relationships, and report directly to the Marketing Committee. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and unafraid to bring new ideas to the table while ensuring flawless execution and accountability. Key Responsibilities Department Ownership & ROI: Take full ownership of the marketing department, ensuring all initiatives deliver measurable results and ROI. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with firm-wide business goals while introducing inventive, forward-thinking ideas. Initiative & Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for growth and continuously bring fresh, creative strategies to the committee for consideration. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and oversee Marketing Coordinators, ensuring alignment with priorities and deadlines. Agency Management: Act as the primary point of contact for marketing agencies, holding partners accountable for performance and ensuring integration across campaigns. Digital Marketing: Oversee website management (WordPress + Elementor), SEO, paid search, digital advertising, and analytics. Social Media & Content: Manage social platforms and content calendars to increase engagement, visibility, and thought leadership. Traditional Marketing: Coordinate print campaigns, community events, and sponsorships to strengthen local brand presence. Analytics & Reporting: Track key marketing metrics, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights to the Marketing Committee. Qualifications 7+ years of marketing experience with proven results in ROI-driven roles. Experience managing and mentoring team members. Proficiency with WordPress (required) and Elementor (preferred). Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, analytics, and digital marketing channels. Experience with both digital and traditional marketing tactics. Creative, resourceful, and inventive thinker who thrives on bringing new ideas forward. Strong initiative with a proven ability to take ownership and move projects forward independently. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Legal experience is preferred but not required Why Join Woolsey Morcom?
