Overview

Technical Support Analyst 3 Warrenton, VA. Duration: 6 months (extension possible). Client: DVS Department of Veteran Services. 100% on site. Role is based in Warrenton, VA with some travel to NOVA regional DVS benefits offices. Please review travel details with your candidate before submitting. Responsibilities

Provide IT administration and technical support for the Puller Veterans Care Center (PVCC) in Warrenton, VA and remote Veterans Benefits sites. Support approximately 200 IT devices (desktops, laptops, phones, printers, mobile devices). Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC desktops/laptops, peripherals, and networking; set up routers, switches, and wireless access points; maintain hardware and software. Configure and troubleshoot Android and Apple mobile devices. Support Ethernet LAN/WAN environments (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Install, administer, troubleshoot, and train on email solutions (Google Workspace, PST files, calendars, distribution lists). Maintain IT inventory, ticketing, and reporting; track end-user support activities. Identify security vulnerabilities and report incidents promptly. Monitor system performance; manage daily duties of the on-site engineer. Ensure travel reimbursement as applicable; own reliable transportation. Required Skills

Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and administering Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and related IT assets. Ability to document changes, update training and system documentation, and create new procedures for solutions and issues. Qualifications

Candidate must have McAfee Anti-Virus Software, Adobe Acrobat, and compatible commercial business software. A valid drivers license is required. Company Details
