Overview
Join a leading NY-area hospital and health care delivery system. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Application Analyst with expert Epic Beacon proficiency to lead oncology protocol builds (Adult, Pediatric, Research), support Clinical Pathways integration, and drive innovation in Radiation Oncology workflows. You\'ll work closely with clinicians, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless system performance and patient care delivery. Note: Position is based in the NY metro area but can be remote with travel to the main office 4-6 times a year. Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Design, build, and validate Epic Beacon and Radiation Oncology protocols Collaborate with clinical experts and ARIA teams for integrated workflows Lead application upgrades, testing, and go-live support Troubleshoot complex issues and mentor junior analysts Act as a key liaison between users, IT, and vendors Maintain documentation, training materials, and reporting tools Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience Epic Ambulatory certification (required); Epic Beacon (preferred) Prior experience working in a clinical setting Strong Epic build experience and oncology workflow knowledge Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools Willingness to participate in on-call support Seniority level
