ribc.org . Connect with us on Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This position supports the donor testing laboratory and all testing clients to ensure customer service is of the highest level and that testing requests follow applicable regulations. Responsibilities
Assist the Client Services Supervisor and Lead in coordinating and delivering customer service for laboratory clients. Responsible for meeting the daily needs of testing clients, including sending initial and follow-up testing results. Answer all client email inquiries and ensure all testing needs are communicated to the testing laboratory. Work holiday and weekend rotation. Perform general office work such as filing, faxing, data entry, and billing. Serve as the secondary point of contact for external laboratory clients. Deliver all aspects of testing and customer service for laboratory clients. Track quality indicators for clients, e.g., reactivity rates, turn-around time, sample reject rates. Handle client re-entry samples and special requests to ensure they are tested as needed. Prepare various reports. Perform any related duties as assigned. Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies regarding sample suitability. Serve as back-up for sample send-out for confirmatory testing. Education
High School Diploma required. Experience
Customer Service experience and related laboratory experience preferred. Attention to detail and organizational skills required. Knowledge of DOT standards and regulations, AABB, FDA, OSHA, and related regulations. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, LIS, and BECs. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
