Senior Application Analyst - Epic Ambulatory Training - Full-time, days, DIO. Location: Miramar, Florida. Seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst/Principal Trainer to support ambulatory training and be responsible for design, development, and delivery including MST environments, Learning Home Dashboards, and other end user-facing points. The role covers curriculum build and design for ambulatory training programs supporting EpicCare Ambulatory, Phoenix, Bones, Urgent Care, Behavioral Health, and other related ambulatory modules. The candidate should use innovative techniques and solutions for training ambulatory support staff, ambulatory providers, user settings, ambulatory managers, behavioral health, super users, physician refresher programs, and more. Certification in Epic Ambulatory is preferred. The department emphasizes leveraging project management, strong organizational skills, customer service, and teamwork. Experience in Physician Practice Workflow across user roles and strong interpersonal skills are desired. This position is responsible for administration and work related to Memorial's business or clinical applications, providing day-to-day management of applications for complex or large systems. Responsible for designing, building, testing, debugging and installation of applications. Responsibilities

Maintain assigned application in partnership with technical experts, vendors, and technology teams to ensure it supports end-users and to mitigate functional or operational issues. Test and troubleshoot existing and proposed systems to resolve issues and verify compliance with Memorial procedures. Maintain advanced knowledge of current operational workflows supported by the applications. Develop or modify processes and procedures to improve application efficiency and performance, using market and industry research. Research market data to understand use and prevalence of specific clinical applications within healthcare systems. Act as a recognized subject matter expert for assigned clinical applications and manage special projects to advance customer experience, reporting, and workflow. Contribute to planning of application development and deployment, identifying areas for improvement. Provide independent resolution to end-user inquiries and problems related to applications, coordinating with vendors as needed. Proactively analyze operational processes and data to identify opportunities for workflow optimization. Manage multiple application projects or lead modules requiring high-level SME knowledge or certifications related to a specific application. Perform complex work including analyzing system capabilities, data reporting, and controls; collaborate with vendors on patches and upgrades to ensure up-to-date functionality. Generate and analyze reports to inform decision-making and improve efficiency. Lead vendor selection, data management, and process improvement for assigned applications; contribute to system design and upgrades. Provide guidance to junior analysts and act as a technical resource for more specialized clinical applications. Qualifications

Associates degree in Information Technology or related field (required). Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience. Epic Ambulatory certification preferred; other related certifications may be considered. Experience with Physician Practice Workflow and strong interpersonal skills across user roles.
