Network Field Technician experience Cyber systems knowledge, Electronic Warfare (EW) systems What You'll Do
Support the full lifecycle of lab systems - planning, setup, operation, repair, maintenance, upgrades, and documentation. Work across diverse environments, including software development labs, engineering benches, avionics simulations, integration & test benches, and threat environment simulators. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with system hardware/software quickly and effectively. Perform hands-on testing, system validation, and integration support. Install and upgrade lab products, coordinate field changes, and maintain clear documentation. Partner with engineers, program teams, and customers to ensure smooth lab operations. Provide training and technical support when needed. What We're Looking For
8-10+ years of experience in cyber systems, network support, field service, or electronics troubleshooting. Strong background in
Electronic Warfare (EW)
systems, radar systems, avionics, or commercial RF/digital equipment (EW background is highly preferred). Prior experience supporting military aircraft systems (EA-18G, F/A-18, F-35, B-2, UAVs, rotary-wing, etc.) is a big plus. Hands-on skills with lab and test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power meters, multimeters, logic analyzers, etc.). Familiarity with avionics protocols (MIL-STD-1553, Ethernet) and tools for monitoring/injection. Ability to fabricate/troubleshoot test harnesses, breakout cables, and custom setups. Comfort working in high-tempo prototype or test lab environments with frequent reconfigurations. Tools & Technologies You'll Use
Avionics test sets, data loaders, mission planning systems, and reprogramming tools. Spectrum analyzers, signal generators, DC power supplies, and avionics handheld tools. Windows/Office applications for reporting and documentation. Why Join Us?
