Infrastructure Automation & DevOps Expertise
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform
Automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform. Extensive experience across the full Terraform lifecycle: plan, apply, and destroy within CI/CD pipelines. Proficient in building reusable modules, managing remote state with S3 and DynamoDB, handling workspaces, and securely managing sensitive outputs.
.NET Build and Deployment Automation
Developed robust CI/CD pipeline stages to compile, test, and package .NET applications using dotnet build and dotnet publish. Hands-on experience containerizing .NET applications with Docker and deploying images to container registries (ECR).
GitLab CI/CD Pipeline Mastery
Skilled in authoring and maintaining complex gitlab-ci.yml configurations utilizing advanced features:
Parent-child pipelines Components Reusable templates (include) Dynamic job generation Modular pipeline components
Experienced in caching strategies, artifact management, and secure handling of secrets via GitLab CI and AWS Secrets Manager.
AWS Services & Security Integration
Strong working knowledge of key AWS services used in deployment pipelines: IAM, S3, EC2, ECS/Fargate, and Lambda. Integrated security and infrastructure automation in alignment with AWS best practices.
DevOps Mindset & Security Best Practices
Focused on building modular, maintainable, and observable CI/CD pipelines. Implemented logging, monitoring hooks, and rollback strategies to ensure resilient deployments.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines Extensive hands-on experience with AWS Cloud -a critical requirement Expertise in infrastructure automation and configuration management tools Proven ability to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design, release automation, and deployment strategies Familiar with industry best practices for monitoring, logging, and observability Strong scripting and automation capabilities to drive operational efficiency Experienced in implementing security and compliance frameworks in cloud-native environments Skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure and application issues in distributed systems Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to working across engineering, operations, and security teams Financial services experience preferred, particularly within the mortgage domain
