Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyers agents Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base Qualifications
Team player who believes their success is the teams success Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Has a real estate license Compensation
