Overview

Position: Solutions Architect at Jobs via Dice (Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC). This role provides technical leadership for architectural standards, design, development, integration, and implementation of software solutions enabling Tampa International Airport business partners to achieve objectives. The Solutions Architect will lead our ERP strategy design and execution, ensuring it effectively supports business processes and objectives. The role involves strategic planning, leading implementation initiatives and continuous improvement of ERP solutions to optimize data integrity, operational efficiency and business outcome delivery. The position requires a strong technical background in ERP applications, application development, project/program management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align applications with business needs, manage vendor relationships and lead support teams that will help the organization achieve and maintain a stable and responsive portfolio of applications. It is expected that this leader will help our organization keep up with the latest trends in the ERP market, including cloud ERP, platform-as-a-service capabilities, and embedded AI capabilities. This is an individual contributor and leadership role and will report to the Director of IT Applications. Workplace Type

This hybrid position requires you to work at least four (4) days on-site in the office, based on business needs. Position Accountabilities

Note: Duties are illustrative and not exhaustive. Depending on responsibility area, incumbents in the position may perform one or more of the activities described below. Provide architecture design and governance expertise collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to achieve company objectives. Oversight and Control of Production Support, Governance, Instance Management, Access Controls, Technology Platform and Disaster Recovery. Work with the Program Management Office, Business Analysts, Applications Development Group, IT Security and Infrastructure/Network Organizations to deliver technology solutions to enable users and provide data to support regulatory, financial and decision-making processes. Continually facilitate and assist with efforts to define the future state of the enterprise. Provide guidance on moving from current state architecture towards the future state through collaboration and/or architectural roadmaps/runways. Ensure effective governance of defined industry and company software practices and standards. Demonstrate and create prototypes, build reference architectures and define other effective solutions. Stay abreast of current industry trends and lead R&D efforts accordingly through proof-of-concept implementations, workshops, etc. Provide guidance, coaching and effective assessments for various IT teams and initiatives. Create prototypes and demonstrate innovative and effective solutions that align with organizational objectives and maintain competitive market advantage. Analyze existing systems through interviews with technology and application SMEs to develop end-to-end current state architecture and define the future state architecture. Perform gap analyses between current state and future state to identify single points of failure, capabilities, capacity, fault tolerance, SLA windows, and change windows. Collaborate with IT groups in continuously creating and modifying technology standards and practices. Champion product design, solution design and industry best practices in building and delivering best in class software. Effectively communicate using written, oral, non-verbal, and active listening skills.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 7-10 years IT experience, with at least five years in a leadership role managing enterprise applications. Extensive experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning. Ability to develop software utilizing an object-oriented programming language, understand relational databases, create, update, and review functional and technical documents; and the ability to develop test data, test scripts and execute comprehensive testing of integrated systems. Experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required education. In-depth knowledge of enterprise application platforms and cloud computing (a valid certification in Oracle Cloud systems is a plus). Ability to translate business goals into technology solutions through strategic planning. Previous experience with migrating clients from Oracle ERP systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Proven experience in SAAS integration tools like Oracle Integration Tools (OIC) or other API management platforms. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and teams across the organization, and to influence people to achieve common goals. Strong project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies and change management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. Understanding of financial principles and ability to manage budgets and optimize costs. Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement while demonstrating sound judgment and making timely, effective decisions.

Additional Plus

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL service management best practices. Proven experience delivering architecture solutions based on business requirements, technology standards, and SLAs with approved funding.
