With two showrooms, we help customers design warm, stylish homes with fireplaces, stoves, and home dcor, backed by expert in-house installation. Were looking for a Sales Associate to join our showroom team. This is not typical retail: you will guide customers through fireplace and design choices, review dimensions and plans, and work closely with our installation team to ensure projects are successful. What Youll Do
Welcome customers and provide a professional showroom experience Learn fireplace product details and recommend the right solutions (training provided) Review plans and measurements to confirm fit and prepare accurate estimates Manage leads and track sales using our CRM system Work Saturdays (were always closed Sundays) What Were Looking For
Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Motivated to learn the technical side of fireplaces and installations Previous sales, showroom, or home improvement experience a plus Why Youll Love It Here
Competitive pay: Base salary $40,000 $55,000 per year, plus uncapped commission opportunities.
