As a Manager in Data Management & Strategy, you will lead technology transformation projects, aligning with strategic objectives to drive outcomes. Youll provide leadership oversight, managing timelines, costs, and quality standards, while steering both technical and non-technical teams to deliver technology solutions and infrastructure. Your Key Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of technology projects, ensuring adherence to methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, and mentor team members. Drive continuous improvement and innovation, applying research, analysis, and best practices to advance processes and solutions. Manage complex technical initiatives, providing expert guidance, resolving issues, and achieving performance objectives across client service, risk management, and team development. Engage actively with clients, lead workstreams, and identify opportunities to expand services. Spearhead RFP responses and manage engagement economics, including resource planning and budgeting. Travel as required to meet client needs and project demands. Skills And Attributes For Success

Ability to initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, documentation, and functional design across multiple data workstreams. Translate stakeholder needs into business solutions; define data strategies, quality standards, and governance for SAP and non-SAP systems. Direct teams leveraging SAP data tools (e.g., Data Services, Information Steward, MDG, Datasphere, Data Intelligence, Migration Cockpit) and integration methods (CPI, SLT, APIs). Proven ability to construct and direct technology projects aligned with organizational goals. Expertise in project and program delivery methodologies and mentoring others. Strong analytical skills and leadership to manage professional staff and supervise teams. Strategic thinking to drive sales, business growth, and client satisfaction. Qualifications

Bachelors degree 4 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP modules with full-cycle implementations within the core module Specialized skills in Data Migration, Data Governance, Enterprise IT Architecture, Master Data Management, and/or other data management disciplines Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Experience managing SAP data projects or workstreams and leading project-based team members Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies Willingness to travel to meet client needs Ideally, youll also have

Experience with Data Migration, Master Data Governance, Data Analytics and/or data quality programs across SAP landscapes Additional qualifications or certifications in SAP data management tools or project leadership Proactive approach to identifying and resolving client data issues Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and interact with clients What We Look For
