Join the team today! The Role Our Caf/Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills. The primary responsibility of our Caf/Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first-class services to our patrons, ensuring it aligns with our Mission, Vision, and Values. Key areas of responsibility include: Provide excellent customer service to all customers Maintain the appearance and presentation of the caf Replenish condiments as needed Follow health and safety guidelines Cashier experience, taking orders, and handling cash Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems Promote the centre's services and programs to our patrons Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods Skills & Attributes: Positive, friendly, helpful, and energetic work style Coffee making/barista skills Food Handling Certificate Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2) Current CPR Certificate Current Food Handlers Qualification Police Check Working with Children Check Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods Availability on Saturdays and Sundays The Company Belgravia Leisure
