Responsibilities
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to the customer according to procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs; maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and procedures. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures. Participate in store recovery, safety practices, cleanliness, and upkeep of the sales floor and store. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Who Were Looking For
Excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail; able to multi-task. Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
