The AGM leads multiple departments and assists the General Manager in the overall leadership of the restaurant. Successful candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in an AGM role within the high-end restaurant industry. Maintain a high-energy leadership presence and drive to elevate the guest experience in a fine dining environment. Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years experience in an Assistant General Manager or AGM role within the high-end restaurant industry. Previous hospitality experience with a proven history of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment. Strong leadership skills and a results-oriented mindset compatible with a premium dining concept.
