We are seeking an exceptional
Restaurant Manager
for a highly regarded fine-dining Italian restaurant located in beautiful
Naperville, IL . This modern, upscale establishment is known for its innovative menu, top-tier service, and luxurious ambiance. With a loyal following and a stellar reputation, this restaurant offers a fantastic opportunity for a high-level professional to help deliver memorable dining experiences! Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus, comprehensive healthcare, 401k, PTO, and more! Requirements: Proven experience in restaurant management, with at least 24 years in a supervisory or assistant general manager role in a high-volume or upscale dining environment. Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold staff accountable to company standards. Solid understanding of financials, including budgeting, P&L management, labor and cost controls, and the ability to analyze and act on key performance metrics. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a positive work culture. Responsibilities: Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and profitable restaurant environment. Lead, train, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest service and uphold brand standards. Assist with managing budgets, controlling costs, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. Handle guest concerns or operational challenges promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive dining experience and team morale.
