Oversee portfolio financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure fiscal health Align portfolio investments with strategic business objectives through close collaboration with stakeholders Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across the portfolio Prepare and deliver financial reports and insights to senior leadership and key partners Drive continuous improvement by developing and refining portfolio governance processes Foster strong cross-functional relationships with business managers, product teams, and finance to ensure transparency and alignment Leverage tools such as PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Excel to analyze data, generate reports, and support strategic decision-making Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal compliance standards NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of related experience Bachelor"s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success
Strong financial competence with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial data clearly to diverse audiences Proven stakeholder management capabilities with a focus on collaboration and expectation setting Hand on knowledge and experience in Agile ways of working (Kanban and Scrum) Solid attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in delivering outputs within deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve financial challenges effectively Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, including Jira, Excel, PowerPoint and Business Process Mapping tools. Solid understanding of portfolio management and governance frameworks Relevant experience in portfolio management, project management, or financial operations EEO
