Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Responsibilities

As a Network Engineer, you'll be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and optimizing network components to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and security. From planning and deploying network upgrades to troubleshooting complex network issues, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge networking solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Network Engineer or similar role in an MSP or IT environment. Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP). Experience with network infrastructure devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, or Aruba. Proficiency in network design and implementation, including LAN/WAN architectures, VPN configurations, and network security measures. Hands-on experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or PRTG. Familiarity with cloud networking technologies and architectures, particularly in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve network-related issues efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Relevant certifications preferred, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CompTIA Network+, or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
