We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Account Development Manager

to lead the strategy for account growth and penetration within assigned territories or customer portfolios. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, deliver exceptional client service, and manage complex customer accounts. This individual will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success. Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a defined portfolio of key accounts across assigned regions or industries. Develop and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with clients, becoming a strategic partner and advisor. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand account footprint and revenue. Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, product) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client goals. Monitor and analyze account performance and trends, using data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics. Actively manage contract renewals and negotiate agreements to maximize value for both the client and the organization. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role. Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and driving business growth. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and client-focused mindset. Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
