Systems Administrator role at Sentar Inc. located at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. Manage and administer user accounts, profiles and access. Monitor user access and adherence to established policies and procedures to ensure a secure operating environment. Monitor workstation and server logs for errors and failures and perform appropriate troubleshooting and maintenance. Operate and maintain monitoring and analysis tools; detect, analyze and resolve platform, infrastructure and system problems. Monitor and control system performance, utilization and capacity to ensure optimal performance, availability, serviceability and recoverability; and report any vulnerabilities or deficiencies to government technical representatives. Evaluate current architecture, research current technologies and solutions; provide systems hardware and software upgrade and replacement recommendations for end-of-life or end-of-support COTS products to government technical representatives. Update and maintain as-built system and server configuration and connectivity drawings, diagrams and documentation, publishing semi-annually (Deliverable: System Documentation). Develop and submit a C2 Systems Administration Monthly Status Report.
Qualifications
Clearance Level:
DoD IAT Level 2 (Security+ ) or higher Certifications:
DoD IAT Level 2 (Security+ ) or higher AND one of the following: NSCA-HC, CCNA Data Center, VCA, MCSA, or equivalent certification Education:
N/A Experience:
Recommended experience with the following: WAVE, CT-I, Mako, TransVerse/MXPP
