Job Description: Help power events, campaigns & brand growth for our fast-growing SaaS platform. Travel-ready, hands-on, and energized? Join us! As we expand across North America, were looking for a proactive, detail-driven Marketing Operations & Events Manager to own our industry event presence. This is a hybrid role combining event leadership with broader marketing operations. Youll coordinate travel, vendor relationships, booth logistics, and budgets, while also driving event ROI strategy, campaign execution, and marketing process improvements. You will work closely with leadership, sales, and customer success to make sure every event drives measurable impact. Location : Omaha, NE (23 days in office) Position : Full time; includes comprehensive Health Benefits, Bonus, & 401(k) with co. match What Youll Do
Lead planning, logistics, and execution for tradeshows, regional association events, and customer conferences.
Manage all event operations: shipping, booth build, vendor coordination, setup/teardown, and on-site support.
Collaborate with sales and customer success to build pre- and post-show campaigns that generate pipeline.
Track event ROI: measure engagement, leads, conversions, and long-term impact on sales cycles.
Support CRM campaign execution, prospecting lists, and nurture flows (Salesforce).
Maintain brand consistency across social, email, partner promotions, and event experiences.
Act as a brand ambassador on the road, ensuring Remarcable shows up as the premier platform in construction tech.
Tackle additional marketing operations projects as the company scalesadapting quickly to new needs and priorities.
What You Bring
35 years of marketing or event operations experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
Proven track record executing trade shows or industry events end-to-end.
Strong organizational and project management skillsable to juggle multiple deadlines.
Experience tracking event ROI and tying activities to revenue impact.
Comfort with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce/Marketing Cloud experience is a plus).
Willingness to travel up to 40% and work flexible hours around event schedules.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, take ownership, and move projects forward independently.
