Description Provide second line support for end users in various offices. Support global systems and users while maintaining key performance indicators. Serve as an escalation point for unresolved technical issues. Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users. Maintain performance metrics for the support team. Escalate complex issues to appropriate resolver groups. Qualifications

Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting. Ability to manage and resolve escalated technical issues.
