Security Infrastructure Manager
Lead and coordinate multiple security issues and configuration management of systems related to security infrastructure and dependent systems/applications. Lead remediation of complex security incidents and serves as escalation point for incidents or events that require a high degree of complexity and severity. Reviews remediation analysis that has been performed at Tier II level to validate appropriate measures have been implemented to prevent future occurrences. Lead the support and configuration activities for complex security initiatives. Analyze and document the advanced security architecture and configuration of security infrastructure and security systems. Provide configuration and engineering for new security initiatives within security domains. Serve as a Project Manager to ensure the finished product aligns with the information security initiative requirements. Develop and create tasks to be implemented by Tier I and Tier II personnel. Serve as advisor and reviewer of complex security changes. Mentor Tier II staff during incident resolution and remediation analysis to increase efficiency and knowledge. Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job. Employee may perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Bachelor's Degree Cybersecurity, information assurance, MIS, computer science, other related field. Experience within advanced security domains with high levels of competence. Experience with current data networking, server, workstation and mobile technologies. Understand and support the following: desktop/laptop hardware, operating system, and mobile platforms; endpoint applications; IP networking; Windows server and/or Unix operating systems; virtualization and cloud technologies; event monitoring, logging, and alert correlation techniques. Experience with the application of arithmetic and computer math. Experience and training relative to operating systems software, computer hardware, networking, communications, security administration, project management, system/software development lifecycle, cloud computing, security standards. Investigate, assess, identify, research, and remediate security issues and perform risk and vulnerability assessments. Research, prepare, and compose security operations center (SOC) procedures and documentation, reports and correspondence. Interact, advise, guide, train and communicate effectively. Read and write fluently in English. Preferred applicable driver's license. Preferred Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) as specified by position.
