We are seeking an

Account Manager

in our Purpose Center of Excellence. The Purpose Center of Excellence is a dedicated team of subject matter experts who communicate across complex climate, sustainability, social impact and social justice topics and the intersections that exist within these areas. This position will be focused on accounts in the Purpose/Impact, sustainability/climate and NGO category. In this role, you will help clients establish, communicate and measure sustainability goals and strategies, as well as build breakthrough social impact programs and thoughtful, strategic Purpose programs and initiatives from the ground up. This is a mid-level position where youll lead day-to-day account work and serve as a primary contact for clients. Your focus will be on guiding the team through daily assignments while developing overarching strategies to support long-term account success. This position may also provide an introduction in overall account operations including budget management tied to scope of work, forecasting team hours and integration with other agency teams. Account Managers at Allison play a pivotal role in new business. Responsibilities

Act as day-to-day lead for smaller teams. Develop strategic plans in collaboration with senior team; drive implementation with account team. Drive day-to-day media strategy and implementation; tracking against KPIs. Maintain relationships with media on behalf of clients and agency. Manage the daily account workflow and oversee the entire team ensuring KPIs and deliverables are being met. Identify opportunities for organic growth and provide recommendations to senior team. Lead client meetings and presentations, as appropriate. Adapt to evolving client priorities and adjust plans and activities accordingly. Participate in new business by developing materials and playing an active role in presentations. Provide framework for tracking and measuring client results, and report back to client with qualified recommendations. Act in a supervisory role to junior account team providing consistent feedback, guidance and support. Promote and uphold Allisons core values; participates in agency-wide training and professional development programs. Qualifications

Must have experience working as a senior account executive, account manager or equivalent in public relations, marketing or a related field. Account Managers at Allison typically have a minimum of 5+ years of experience. Experience and interest in sustainability/ESG/climate, social impact, nonprofit/NGO communications. GRI certification or familiarity with SASB is considered a plus. Prior experience counseling clients and developing strategic plans. Preferred experience managing an employee. Solution-oriented and creative-minded in delivering results. Strong writer and editor. Proficiency in using a media monitoring and data analytics tool like Muckrack, Critical Mention, Meltwater and Cision. Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, alongside Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Benefits

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $72k-$108k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
