Racquets Retail Associate
to join our team, focusing on providing the highest quality service for our members in the Racquets Department. The role involves creating a clean, knowledgeable, and well-represented retail environment, delivering excellent customer service. Duties and Responsibilities
Providing excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction Stringing rackets and performing routine racket maintenance Enforcing all club rules and regulations regarding the use of the facilities and equipment Familiarity with the NorthStar Operating system and its processes Handling cash transactions and processing payments via credit card and check Displaying knowledge of all merchandise in the tennis pro shop Engaging customers and actively increasing in-store sales Maintaining cleanliness of the shop and sales floor Guiding customers to appropriate merchandise Performing daily tasks such as stocking, creating displays, remerchandising, pricing markdowns, transferring merchandise, inventory control, and processing transactions Representing the club at state or national events as time permits Promoting tennis clinics, special events, and programs to attract and maintain members’ tennis interests Qualifications
Experience in racket stringing High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent Required certificates/licenses: USPTA Liability Insurance, Sexual Assault and Molestation Insurance, background checks Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite Additional Details
