Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr. This range is provided by Tripalink. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities Collaborates closely with the Leasing and Marketing departments to follow up with all leads generated from different channels Innovates and implements promotion strategies including online/offline advertisements, (virtual) open houses, and community activities Participates in innovation meetings to initiate the sales plan for different seasons with flexible strategies Familiarizes with all properties and amenities to develop introductory strategies; provides potential tenants with relevant information based on their requirements and budget Displays properties for potential tenants through virtual/field tours and online communications (phone/video) of facilities and available units Demonstrates a basic understanding of Landlord and Tenant Law and residential real estate practices; sends essential documents/notices/letters and negotiates terms with tenants Coordinates with tenants for paperwork (leases/contracts, agreements, statements) and supports the Property Management team with check-in/check-out, inspections, and maintenance requests Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above preferred 1+ years experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or related fields Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist, Instagram) Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer orientation Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure Knowledge of residential real estate law and practices Experience as a leasing agent is preferred Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
