SharePoint Systems Administrator
to support our customer in a hybrid capacity. Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments, including site collections, subsites, lists, libraries, and workflows. Manage permissions, access control, and security settings to ensure data protection and compliance. Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and availability. Develop and maintain documentation, governance policies, and procedures for SharePoint usage. Collaborate with business units to design and implement SharePoint-based solutions for content management, workflow automation, and collaboration. Support Microsoft 365 services integration with SharePoint, including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Plan and execute patches, updates, and upgrades to maintain security and system health. Provide end-user training and support, including creating user guides and conducting workshops. Assist with data migrations, site consolidations, and restructuring projects. Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and industry regulations. Education
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience as a SharePoint Administrator (SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server). Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and related services. Understanding of information architecture, taxonomy, and metadata in SharePoint. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate, or SharePoint Associate. Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related customization tools. Familiarity with SQL and Power BI platforms. Familiarity with Power Platform solutions and automation workflows. Experience with enterprise migrations (on-premise to cloud or tenant-to-tenant). Security and Citizenship
