Overview
JOB SUMMARY: Champions the Agile approach, implements best practices, continuously improves team performance, and workflow to deliver digital solutions. Promotes Agile Values and principles to build trust and maintain a collaborative environment. Ensures team alignment with priorities, manages capacity, and assists in removing impediments. Works closely with Product Owners and team members to meet quality standards and mature the software delivery process. Develops team skills and Agile maturity through continuous learning, feedback, and coaching. Responsibilities Implement Lean, Agile and DevOps practices and standards to mature Midmark Software Delivery capabilities. Lead and facilitate team events effectively. Model and build a positive, healthy team environment. Keep teams organized, on track, and well informed. Partner with Product Owner and Analysts to create and maintain a healthy backlog; coach and train team as needed. Identify and implement opportunities for automation and quality improvements and seek training and guidance for the team. Facilitate removal of impediments, manage risks and dependencies. Facilitate team retrospectives for problem-solving and continuous improvements. Facilitate communication and collaboration across product and technology. Maintain team information radiators with empirical data for transparency and decision-making. Prepare team for PI Planning and represent team in Scrum of Scrums and PI Planning.

Partner with other Scrum Masters to coach and train teams as needed Support smooth execution of PI Planning
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree in management information systems, systems analysis, computer science, or related field, or accredited certification with relevant experience required. 1+ years of Agile / Scrum related experience in Cloud/Hybrid/IoT solutions required. Scrum Master certification preferred; Product Owner certification preferred. Competency and/or Skill: Basic knowledge of Agile and demonstrated practice of Scrum/Kanban; Basic understanding of DevOps principles (CI/CD, testing automation, release automation, etc.); Influence teammates without formal management authority; Embraces servant leadership and empathy; displays behaviors reflecting Agile principles; Ability to think quickly, analyzing conditions to resolve conflict; Good interpersonal and mentoring skills; Strong verbal and written communication, engaging with all levels and disciplines; Self-motivation with the ability to stay focused amidst distractions; Capability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work alone as well as collaborate within a team; Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal and professional development; Productively receive and analyze feedback, applying improvements for the betterment of the team; Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Miro, Confluence, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and other relevant tools; Familiarity with AI tools to support facilitation of team meetings and backlog management.
