Posts positions to internal and external job search outlets. Accepts and conducts initial review of resumes. Interacts with applicants as needed; assists other HR team members in preparation for performance management and talent management cycles. Addresses routine questions from managers and employees. Assists in the coordination of local training and coordination of corporate sponsored training. Supports training of development plans and assists in merit review preparation. Qualifications
