Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and multitasking Clinical Technician to join our team. The responsibilities include performing technical ophthalmologic duties, examining patients, and conducting special tests. Duties & Responsibilities:
Report to Clinical Supervisor Take medical histories of patients Assist with preparation tasks Prepare patients for eye exams with standard testing and pre-evaluation responsibilities Perform diagnostic testing on patients Enter patient information into the electronic record system Complete daily tasks efficiently and timely Meet weekly and monthly expectations Fit contact lenses as needed Dispense patient medications Assist with ophthalmic procedures Measure eye pressure and visual acuity Operate equipment and educate patients on medication use Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, management, or related field with 1 year of experience Associate’s degree with 3 years of healthcare experience acceptable Specialized certifications like COA with at least 2 years of experience are acceptable; training available for the right candidate Proficiency in our software systems MS Office skills Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously Benefits:
