We are seeking highly motivated and meticulous Sophomores, Juniors and rising Seniors for Spring Co-ops within the Enterprise Quality organization. We work on a hybrid model. You will be asked to report on site three times a week and can work remotely two times a week. If you are selected for a Co-Op position, you will work directly with your manager as your start date approaches to confirm your exact schedule. Responsibilities

This position offers a valuable opportunity for hands-on experience in analyzing business data, supporting decision-making processes, and contributing to data-driven strategies across various Enterprise Quality Functions. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help our organization make informed decisions. Digital Product Analysis:

Understand and analyze end-to-end business processes and translate needs into digital solutions by building out product backlogs in the form of user stories. Data Collection & Management:

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for analysis from various sources such as databases, APIs, and spreadsheets. Data Analysis:

Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify patterns, correlations, and insights in business data. Reporting:

Develop visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate data findings to key stakeholders. Automation:

Create automated workflows for data extraction, transformation, and reporting using Python, R, or SQL. Support Decision-Making:

Assist in analyzing data to support business decisions and pivotal initiatives. Collaboration:

Work closely with various departments, including QA-Ops, JJRC, finance and operations to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Continuous Process Improvement:

Document methodologies, processes, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing within the team. You will be responsible for

Improve your industry knowledge through open forum conversations with senior company leaders and shadowing of EQ personnel. Work in a fast-paced, technologically sophisticated corporate internship focused on developing individual analysts capable of pursuing careers across pharmaceutical and medical device businesses. Build or improve your personal brand through skills-building workshops and networking mixers. Present to leadership your learnings and development experience. Contribute to community activities and support our local towns. Qualifications

To be considered for the EQ 2026 Spring Co-op program, you must meet the following requirements: Permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship of an employment visa at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship. Enrollment in an accredited college/university during the Co-op; by start date, student must be considered an undergraduate sophomore or above. Masters students must have earned an undergraduate degree on or after June 2026. Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in a science, communications, regulatory compliance, quality, data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or related field. Ability to clearly present data findings to both technical and non-technical partners. Ability to break down challenging problems into manageable components and derive actionable insights. Understanding of statistical concepts such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and data distribution. Ability to work through challenges logically and deliver solutions efficiently. Ability to provide transportation to the location daily and to work full-time (40 hours a week) for the whole term. Preferred Qualifications

Proven leadership and/or participation in campus or community service activities. Previous internship, co-op, or academic experience in a related field. Basic proficiency in data analysis tools: Python, R, or SQL. Familiarity with AI/ML tools. Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies. Six Sigma Green Belt certification. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $23.00 per hour - $51.50 per hour. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Companys retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
