Craft and deliver customized sales presentations addressing specific client challenges, highlighting how Epsilons MarTech and AdTech solutions drive business objectives. Apply strategic negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms and mutually beneficial outcomes for Epsilon and clients. Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving market demands to maintain Epsilons competitive edge in MarTech and AdTech. Lead accounts effectively, driving revenue growth and establishing Epsilon as an authority in the space. Close multiple enterprise sales deals each year and contribute to long-term growth and partnerships. Build consultative relationships with key decision-makers to position Epsilon as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. What Youll Achieve

Drive substantial revenue growth through new logo acquisition and robust business development activities across verticals. Establish yourself as an industry authority in MarTech and AdTech with strong relationships across multiple sectors. Deliver tailored presentations demonstrating how Epsilons solutions meet client needs and business goals. Secure favorable terms through strategic negotiation and contract closure, contributing to client success and long-term partnerships. Maintain market leadership by staying ahead of trends and adapting strategies accordingly. Who You Are

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field required. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 15+ years in sales with substantial exposure to new business development/new logo sales. Proven track record as a sales leader in MarTech and AdTech, with experience managing geographic or account-based territories. Strong relationships with decision-makers and ability to position Epsilon as a strategic partner. Skilled in delivering tailored sales presentations and strategic negotiations. Adaptable and forward-thinking, keeping ahead of industry trends to maintain Epsilons leadership. Benefits and Compensation

Base Salary: $150,000 - $250,000. This role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and applicable laws. Salary ranges are subject to change. About Epsilon
