The U.S. operations, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, supports nationwide sales, logistics, and customer service, working closely with corporate teams in Europe to deliver innovative and reliable solutions to customers across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. About the Role The US subsidiary seeks to add an IT Applications Manager to support continued growth and optimize operations. The desired candidate will be business-minded, hands-on, strategic and demonstrate an ability to manage and enhance the company's local IT landscape, with a focus on ERP systems and related business processes. This role will lead IT and process optimization projects, collaborate closely with internal departments, Corporate IT in Europe, and external partners, and prepare for the global ERP rollout in the coming 18 to 24 months. The ideal candidate will combine business consulting and project management expertise with strong communication and teamwork skills, ensuring alignment between local needs and global systems. Responsibilities Management and support of local IT landscape with focus on ERP and related business processes Project management of IT and process optimization projects Requirement specification, coordination and quality assurance of change requests Close collaboration with internal departments, Corporate IT and external service providers Preparation for and local project management of global ERP rollout program User support, problem analysis and troubleshooting
Qualifications
Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or comparable professional training At least 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting and support Good knowledge of business processes in sales, logistics, purchasing, production (and finance) Professional experience in business or IT project management Quick comprehension and analytical thinking Strong communication and teamwork skills with a pronounced service orientation
