Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Salary - $50k–$60k

Job Description – Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is based in the Dallas, Texas office and will be responsible for assisting with the growth of our electrical test and measurement division. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manages all incoming sales inquiries by phone and email to assist new and existing customers and distributors

  • Provide support to outside sales reps and internal staff and act as the conduit between customers and outside sales reps when required

  • Provide pricing, complete quotations, respond to tender requests, process orders, and assist with other sales and administrative tasks as required

  • Produce regular reports relating to sales, revenues, customers, etc.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, outside sales reps, distributors, manufacturing facilities, and others

  • Maintain, update, and enter information into SAP/ERP and CRM systems


Qualifications:

  • Degree in a business or technical field (electrical/electronics preferred)

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or technical sales role preferably

  • Strong customer service and sales focus with the ability to take care of both external and internal customers

  • Strong computer skills with above-average knowledge of MS Office

  • Detailed and well organized with strong communication skills – written and oral

  • Experience with quote preparation, tender responses, and CRM upkeep is preferable

  • Knowledge of the utility and electrical testing industry would be an asset
