STARTING SALARY OF $50,000 - $85,000 PER YEAR WITH COMMISSION!

Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales? Green Queen is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to convert leads, upsell services, and provide outstanding customer support. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building relationships, and strive to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into sales and upsell services.
• Engage in inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve concerns.
• Accurately track sales and customer interactions in CRM.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, NICE CXone, and RealGreen a plus.
• Weekend availability required (PTO blackout: Mar 1 - Jun 1).
• Must obtain Georgia Pest Control Technician registration within 30 days of hire - (Category 29: Household Pest Control (HPC) & Category 30: Wood-destroying Organism Control (WDO).
