Inside Sales Representative

Position – Inside Sales Representative
Job Location – Waukesha, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (Mon-Thurs: 8:00am – 4:30pm; Fri: 7-3:30 P.M)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $50,000+Commission
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – Bachelor's Degree in Sales or related field
Required Experience – At least 1-2 years of experience
Responsibilities
-Maximizing sales through direct inside sales channel and growing customer base by calling on accounts and securing meetings
-Use excellent phone skills to answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
-Understand customers and their buying processes, characteristics and procedures
-Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotes
-Other Sales duties
Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree in Sales or related field
-1-2 years of experience required
-Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
-Experience with a CRM database
