- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to qualify prospects and book appointments for the Account Executive team.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and CRM-based campaigns.
- Leverage tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms to manage your pipeline efficiently.
- Develop a strong understanding of our product/service and effectively communicate its value proposition.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, or website inquiries.
- Maintain accurate activity and lead records in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, emails, and qualified appointments.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or telesales role.
- Proven success in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and outreach tools.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented.
- Background in coaching, pastoral work, or trades (HVAC, painting, plumbing) is a plus.
- No roofing experience required—just grit and great phone presence.
