Oversee maintenance and repair of CNC machinery, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, forklifts, conveyors, HVAC, and other mechanical/electrical systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in real time to reduce production downtime. Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies. Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and critical spare parts. Coordinate with production, engineering, and external vendors for repairs, upgrades, and capital improvement projects. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports, and service records. Train and support maintenance staff, ensuring skill development and safety awareness. Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Your Profile / Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required, associate degree or trade certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related field preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Strong working knowledge of CNC machines, PLCs, electrical panels, HVAC systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Experience using CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings, machine manuals, and electrical schematics. OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred: forklift certification a plus. The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $110,000 - $115,000 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
