Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant
Hourly Rate: $18$20 (based on experience)
Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in-person / running errands, 2 days virtual
Hours: Part-time (flexible schedule) to Full-Time

About the Role


We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support both personal and business needs. This role requires a mix of administrative skills, discretion, and a can-do attitude to help manage day-to-day operations, errands, and calendar coordination.

  • Some tasks will require having and using reliable transportation
  • Some tasks will include meeting new clients and representing us (Cristal Clear Cleaning)
  • Attending events on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities


Administrative & Business Support


  • Manage and coordinate business and personal calendars to ensure all appointments, meetings, and events are organized.

  • Handle email management, appointment scheduling, and basic correspondence.

  • Assist with business tasks such as document preparation, light research, and vendor coordination.

  • Track and follow up on projects or deadlines as needed.

  • Storage unit inventory and drop off of amenities

  • Help with preparing payroll

Personal Support


  • Coordinate Family calendar
  • booking flights
  • sorting mail

Hybrid Work Structure


  • 3 days in-person / errands: Must be comfortable driving, picking up/dropping off items, and completing in-person tasks.

  • 2 days virtual: Handle administrative work, scheduling, and coordination remotely.

Qualifications


  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of calendar management tools, email platforms, and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Compensation & Benefits
