- Some tasks will require having and using reliable transportation
- Some tasks will include meeting new clients and representing us (Cristal Clear Cleaning)
- Attending events on behalf of the company.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Business Support
- Manage and coordinate business and personal calendars to ensure all appointments, meetings, and events are organized.
- Handle email management, appointment scheduling, and basic correspondence.
- Assist with business tasks such as document preparation, light research, and vendor coordination.
- Track and follow up on projects or deadlines as needed.
- Storage unit inventory and drop off of amenities
- Help with preparing payroll
- Coordinate Family calendar

Hybrid Work Structure
- 3 days in-person / errands: Must be comfortable driving, picking up/dropping off items, and completing in-person tasks.
- 2 days virtual: Handle administrative work, scheduling, and coordination remotely.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of calendar management tools, email platforms, and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Hourly rate: $18$20, depending on experience.
