We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, organized, and collaborative, with a proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish. This role requires a strong communicator and problem-solver with a reputation for quality, accountability, and client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee project delivery, including costs, schedule, client management, and profitability
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for clients and design partners, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage administrative requirements and organize multiple projects with support from Project Engineers
  • Collaborate with General Superintendents and Project Superintendents to manage construction timelines and progress
  • Review project billings and approve subcontractor/vendor invoices
  • Maintain organized project binders and digital job files
  • Assemble, distribute, and track document packages throughout each project
  • Lead project closeout processes, ensuring smooth turnover and client approval

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience & Skills:
  • At least 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Extensive project background including office tenant improvements, R&D facilities, technology, clean rooms, labs, medical, retail, restaurant, and automotive projects
  • Strong knowledge of foundations, structural framing, MEP systems, and construction sequencing
  • Experience managing projects in occupied Class A buildings
  • Established reputation with subcontractors, clients, and industry professionals
  • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to motivate and manage project teams
  • Strong eye for detail and quality of workmanship, ensuring accountability and project success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office
  • Experience with project management software; knowledge of Autodesk or Procore preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in people management
Education & Certifications
  • OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
  • LEED Green Associate accreditation preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
