A New York school district is seeking a
full-time Physical Therapist (PT)
to provide comprehensive therapy services for students in both K12 school settings and home environments. This role plays a key part in supporting students physical development, mobility, and access to education. Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy services in school and home-based environments
Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Support students with gross motor skills, mobility, and physical access needs
Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to support student goals
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications
Active
New York Physical Therapy License
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to work effectively across multiple environments (school and home)

Caseload:
K12 students (with home-based visits as needed)
Location:
