We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a passionate team at a school near Henley, OR. This full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop vital speech and language skills for success in the classroom and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech therapy services to K-12 students
Assess speech and language skills and create individualized treatment plans
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Address a wide range of speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, and language processing
Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to promote student success
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, goals, and progress
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Oregon state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates are welcome to apply
Strong communication and organizational skills
Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
