Pay Range: $30 - $42

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Support ad hoc collateral requests and post electronic files to internal storage and file delivery systems.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work and follow up with project leads on issues and status updates.
- Participate in team meetings and follow up with meeting tasks and to-do lists.
- Ensure accurate data entry and database management.
- Process daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure smooth operations and timely invoicing.
- Review, follow up, and validate all milestone deliverables with contractors.
- Communicate and convey information clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize project management tools such as Workfront and QuickBase, as well as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Intermediate to expert-level skills with Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., Workfront, QuickBase), and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
- Proactive, diligent, and professional in working with personnel and contractors.
- Experience in data entry and database management with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook email client and other MS Office functions.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident required.
