Job Description

Selectek is seeking an experienced

Construction Administrator

to join our team and oversee the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) aspects of our construction projects. This role focuses on submittal and shop drawing reviews, RFI responses, and periodic site observations to ensure projects meet quality and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review MEP submittals and shop drawings for compliance with contract documents

Respond to RFIs from contractors in a timely and accurate manner

Conduct periodic site observations to verify MEP installation conforms to project drawings and specifications

Collaborate with project teams to resolve field issues and maintain clear communication

Work with construction drawings in Revit and AutoCAD for shop drawing reviews (no design work required)

Utilize Bluebeam for document reviews and markups (knowledge of Bluebeam is a plus)

Prepare thorough site observation reports and maintain detailed project documentation

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a

Construction Administrator

Construction field experience or advanced MEP design experience required

Proficiency in reviewing construction drawings (Revit and AutoCAD)

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to travel to job sites as needed

Pay Rate:

$24.03 - $36.06 Term:

6-month temp to perm (open to direct hire)
