As an HR Generalist at Sadler, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations—supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. You’ll work closely with managers and staff across departments to foster a culture of excellence, compassion, and collaboration.

???? Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles (manager level and below)
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues
- Conduct impartial investigations and provide guidance on performance and conduct matters
- Promote employee development, retention, and engagement strategies
- Support succession planning and career pathing initiatives
HR Operations & Compliance
- Streamline HR processes including onboarding, performance reviews, and exit interviews
- Maintain SOPs for HR procedures and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Leverage HRIS systems and reporting tools for data-driven decision-making
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive matters
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work cross-functionally with leadership and departments to support organizational goals
- Take ownership of projects and communicate professionally with stakeholders
- Stay current with HR trends and best practices
???? What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Background in healthcare or clinical credentialing
