Overview

Business Program Analyst role at D&G Solutions. This onsite position supports the US Coast Guard (USCG) in Washington, DC to improve human resources and talent management through workforce transformation, data analytics, and risk management.

Location
  • ONSITE: USCG HQ, Douglas A. Munro Headquarters Building, Washington, D.C.
  • No Relocation Available.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation, and develop recommendations for process enhancements that align with USCG strategic objectives.
  • Design, develop, and implement process improvements, in collaboration with stakeholders, to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, and develop solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date, and accessible process documentation, including process maps, procedures, training materials, and guidelines, in accordance with documented management policies and procedures.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to end-users on new processes and systems to ensure successful adoption, utilization, and sustainability.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance, using data-driven analysis and metrics, to identify areas for improvement and measure progress towards goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, and reports to measure process performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 4.5 years of relevant experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and project management, with strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • US Coast Guard organizational knowledge and experience.
  • 2-3 years experience implementing a Change Management methodology for an organization.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
