Job Description
We are looking for 5+ BSAs with at least 5+ years of IT experience and ERP experience, preferably Workday. An ideal BSA candidate will have Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform experience. We will consider BSAs with other ERP experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements
- Configure and optimize Workday modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Tracking, Talent Management)
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business insights
- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for updates and enhancements
- Support Workday implementations and integrations with other systems
- Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Create process documentation, functional specs, and training materials
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and mentor junior analysts
Top Desired Skills
- BSA or BA with at least 5+ years of experience
- Understanding of Workday Modules and business requirements
- Experience working on ERP implementations
Desired Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or HRIS systems, with Workday
- Strong understanding of Workday modules
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Workday certifications (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Reporting)
- Familiarity with compliance and data privacy regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
