Strong experience in ERP systems, SPECIFICALLY SAP (experience with ERP transition - especially from MAPICS to SAP). Deep understanding of warehouse and distribution operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and compliance. Strong process design, documentation, and project management skills. Proficiency in using data and KPIs to measure and improve operational performance. Responsibilities:Experience with ERP systems (particularly SAP) AND ERP transition from AS400 MAPICS to SAP. Responsible for defining, leading, and continuously improving end-to-end global warehouse and distribution processes. Ensure standardization, efficiency, and compliance across all locations, enabling high-performance operations and supporting enterprise-wide goals. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align processes, systems, and performance measures. Own the global warehouse and distribution process landscape, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and outbound logistics. Define and maintain standardized operating procedures, process documentation, and KPIs across all global warehouse sites. Serve as the strategic lead for warehouse-related process design, performance optimization, and capability development. Collaborate with regional/site operations teams to drive consistent adoption of global best practices and identify improvement opportunities. Support system enhancements and major initiatives by aligning warehouse and distribution processes with digital tools and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, WMS). Evaluate and implement process improvements including automation, layout optimization, space utilization, and material handling strategies. Monitor global warehouse performance data, conduct root cause analysis, and lead corrective actions to improve service, cost, and compliance. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted partner for operational excellence, supporting change management, training, and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure that warehouse and distribution operations support regulatory, safety, and quality requirements consistently across all geographies Lead team of warehouse process analysts and project leads.
