Cindy Puckett - State Farm Agency, Hermitage TN i s seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are a highly rated agency serving Hermitage, Nashville, Mt. Juliet, Donelson, Lebanon, and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities since 1996.
Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are not required to start, but you must be able to obtain both.
What You'll Do
Engage and serve clients in both English and Spanish - in-person, over the phone, and via digital channels. Assist with quoting, renewing, cross-selling, and servicing insurance policies (auto, home, renters, etc.). Build and maintain relationships, deliver personalized quotes, and offer excellent customer service. Work collaboratively with our supportive, experienced team to grow your skills and career. Qualifications
P&C license (must be able to obtain) Life & Health licenses (must be able to obtain) Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on results. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Salary:
$42,000-$65,000 per year with
