Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Administrator with 3-5 years of
commercial construction
experience to manage jobsite activity and serve as the key liaison between contractors, clients, and the design team. This is a direct hire opportunity with long-term growth potential and additional compensation through stock and performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly site visits to monitor progress and prepare detailed field reports
Attend OAC meetings and coordinate with internal staff and external partners
Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
Process change orders and approve contractor pay applications
Handle punch list inspections, project closeout, and warranty support
Qualifications:
B.S. in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
3-5 years of field construction or inspection experience (must be commercial)
Knowledge of construction processes and engineering systems
Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills
Details:
Hours: Monday-Friday, flexible start between 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM
Travel: Local site visits only
Work Attire: Business casual
Remote/Hybrid: No - onsite role only Location:
Austell, GA Pay:
$57K-$65K base salary + stock options and bonus (total compensation up to $90K)
