This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on cardiology patients. Unit Notes: Number of Cath Labs: 3 Average Cases Per Day: 15-18 Requirements: Valid driver's license (address must be outside 50 miles from the facility) Previous permanent candidates must have been gone for 2 years Previous travelers who have completed 1 full year must have been gone for 2 years Must comply with unit-specific requirements Job Duties: Scrub and document cases, and stock rooms. Assist physicians with all EP procedures. Monitor and circulate cases in EP. Utilize EP recording systems effectively. Required Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) WVRT license ARRT Certification (R, CI or VI) Desired Skills and Experience: Experience with Impella, IABP, INARI, electrophysiology (Lectrophysic, PVC, PT, Crio, transeptal ablations, Laser lead extractions). Device work and EP recording systems experience. Familiarity with equipment such as Toshiba, Carto, and Abbott.
